Frank, our elf, was up to some crazy shenanigans this year. I had to capture the activities as a nice reference for the future. :) Here, Frank used the potty from the doll house. The kids thought it was hilarious that he pooped chocolate chips.
Bowling with a bouncy ball and mini marshmallows.
Cruising in the Barbie car with some hot chicks.
Watching some movies with more hot chicks.
Uh-oh, this was a very sad day. The kids fought all day. Frank was too exhausted to fly to the North Pole, he lost his magic because there was so much fighting going on. He had to stay and get better, he couldn't report to Santa. Unfortunately, the kid that I wanted this to impact, didn't give a rat's $%@. The other two, Brayden and Ellie, were almost in tears.
Sledding down the stairs in a toilet paper roll.
Snow angel in sugar.
This letter was a bit sad, Ellie accidentally "touched" Frank. As you know, this makes the elf lose their magic. She was leaping over him, while he was watching the movies with the chicks. Frank fell off the bucket and hit the floor. (Which is scary because he is glass, if I were a little smarter I would have bought a back up Frank 3 years ago). Her heart was broken and she thought for sure she had ruined Frank and Christmas. I let her know that accidentally touching him was different than being naughty and touching him. Brayden thought it was important to write an apology letter to Frank, letting him know it was purely an accident.
Hanging from our chandelier.
Frank decorated our tree with the kids' panties and underwear. The downside of Frank being so funny is the kids woke me up early every morning to tell me what he had done. The nice thing was waking up to their giggles and laughter and utter disbelief!

Sugar, sugar and more sugar!
Brayden and Preston
My cousin, Taja came over on a Saturday morning armed with sugar cookies and frosting. Oh what fun the kids had. Taja also had more sprinkles than I have ever seen in one place. This was a huge treat for my kids, usually I forgo the sprinkly mess.
I thought Brayden's eyes were going to pop out of his head.
Ellie, with her new toothless look. It seems like her whole appearance has changed, just with that one missing tooth.
Dani, hard at work.
Dani and Ellie before their school sing-along.

Trip to the North Pole
As soon as decorations go up, Christmas activities begin! The kids made a gingerbread village this year, which seemed to be better and easier than one big house. They each got to create their own master piece!
Brayden, Keegan, Owen, Ellie, Ally and Dani.
The Sunday after Thanksgiving we took a cruise to the North Pole to see Santa. It was an awesome Groupon purchase! We got on boat in Coeur d' Alene and cruised out to an "island" where Santa's workshop was. Santa was there with an elf who read names off of the "good list." I think my kids were shocked to hear their names. It was a fun night with the family!
My girls and me.
Ellie, Owen, Dani and Ally.
The Grinch happened to be hanging out on the boardwalk. Sadly, I think this was even more exciting than Santa. He had a bit of a potty mouth and the kids thought it was hysterical!
The family: Grandma Phillips, Auntie Sarah, Uncle Kelly, Kent, Uncle Pete, Brayden, Keegan, Ellie, Owen, Ally and Dani.
It was a cold and chilly night, but a wonderful way to start off the Christmas season!

Turkey Day!
Kelly and Sarah hosted Thanksgiving once again, which is always great for us! The kids hung out, watched TV and played. They even took some time out to let me snap a few pics.
The boys: Keegan, Owen and Brayden

Uncle Pete cooking up a storm! It was a wonderful dinner and a fabulous day!
Turkey day means, decorating time! Brayden was quite insistent on keeping with our tradition of putting up the Xmas tree the day after Thanksgiving, even though Cousin Sarah wasn't here this year to help. (Thank goodness she was able to come, just a little earlier this year). This struck me as so funny, my husband decided to saw zall that board away. It was blocking the access to get the Xmas tree out. I laughed so hard, maybe you had to be there.....
Still my favorite ornament after 10 years. :)
Another favorite, from Kenzie, an ugly sweater that still lights up. It makes me smile!
And of course, our elf, Frank, made his appearance. Who knows what shenanigans he will get up to?

Let the good times roll
Poor Ellie had an infection on her gum, so she had to get her tooth pulled that was causing it. She was very brave and did an amazing job, she even went to gymnastics that same afternoon. :) She wasn't quite as high by that time as she is in the picture below. She was quite spacey!
We had some fun guests come visit us; Cousin Sarah and Mike! We had a great time hanging out, going to Triple Play and making Christmas ornaments. The kids (and us) adore them! What a fun treat, thanks for making the looong trip! We love you!

Photo Shoot!
Mama got a new camera! I have been wanting a nice camera for years and years now. I finally bit the bullet, saved up a bunch of money and got one! I am so happy! I still have no idea what all the functions are, but I am determined to learn. In the meantime, I am using my kids to try different settings and experiment! The picture above, was one of the first pictures I shot. I still love it.
Brayden got home from school as I was playing around with it.
Next up, fancy clothes and a photo shoot.

A dance party!
A little bit of love and a lot of bum shaking!
I also need to learn/get photo shop. I haven't edited any of my pics. Help please!
