New recipe.....Rocky Road Fudge

I was perusing through different blogs and I found this amazing recipe on my friend's sister's blog.  Thanks Amber, this was a huge hit here!

Rocky Road Fudge:

1 package of butterscotch chips
1 package of chocolate chips
1 cup of creamy peanut butter
10 oz. of small marshmallows
2 cups of salted peanuts

1.  Melt the chips on low.  Mix in peanut butter and peanuts.

2.  Remove from the stove and stir in marshmallows

3. Pour into a greased 9X13 pan and put in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Take out to cut and then return to the fridge. (if there's any left)




 Ellie was a very happy taste tester!
 Dani preferred a cookie from a neighbor.  :)

Brayden enjoyed his fudge with peppermint cocoa.
